Tailored to the needs of the specific client and project, the Self-Sufficiency Package consists of the following series of trainings and workshops that are logically sequenced to drive a successful implementation while ensuring your team's self-sufficiency.

• Project Foundation Workshop
  • Format: Face-to-face design session
  • Outcomes: A3 delivers a comprehensive design document and project plan
    
• A3 Modeling Training
  • Format: Instructor led basic training in A3 Modeling
  • Outcomes: Students learn how to automate spreadsheet models and reports, create dashboards, and administer users and security
    
• OLAP Workshop [optional]
  • Format: Hands-on consultant facilitated workshop
  • Outcomes: Student design and begin to deploy OLAP cubes for their solution. Students will be expected to complete the mapping and cubes once the workshop is ended
    
• Implementation Workshop
  • Format: Hands-on facilitated workshop
  • Outcomes: Students advance their solution by designing and building reports, models and dashboards against cubes and other data sources using A3 Modeling
