Position: Full-Time
Location: San Francisco Bay Area, Dallas/Ft. Worth

Work Environment: Able to work effectively in a virtual office environment (telecommute) and at client sites.  Available for nationwide travel.

Description, Responsibilities and skills

Work with project team members to implement enterprise reporting, budgeting and forecasting solutions.

This includes:

• Meeting with clients to gather and analyze business requirements
• Designing technical deliverables to meet business requirements
• Building, testing, and installing deliverables in client and SaaS environment
• Meeting project deadlines and milestones
• Engaging clients in knowledge transfer sessions

Outside of project assignments, additional responsibilities include:

• Working with A3 Sales to create prospect demos, prototypes, and POCs
• Testing A3 Modeling software releases

Required Skills

• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and oral
• Three plus years corporate finance or corporate accounting experience
• Superb Excel skills, including proficiency in complex formulas, text manipulation, range names, macros
• Experience with financial reporting systems, General Ledgers, Actuals and reporting hierarchies
• Three plus years experience as user / administrator of enterprise OLAP databases (Essbase, MS Sql Server AS)

Desired Skills

• Direct financial system implementation experience
• MBA and/or CPA
• Experience with developing SQL queries to SQL Server and Oracle
• Experience with developing MDX queries to  SQL Server AS and/or Essbase
• Knowledge of ETL tools
• Experience with installing and administering Java EE applications
